The questions are designed to pull the gold out of your brain (even if you feel unclear), and once I review your form, I go to work. I’ll prioritize the highest-leverage problems, and if I see any red flags, gaps, or low-hanging revenue opportunities, I’ll bring them to the table. You’ll be surprised how clear things feel even before the call. That’s the power of someone doing the prep with you, not just showing up to talk.

I actually help you map things + much more, and that's why these intensives are priced the way they are.

Before our session, I’m inside your intake, mapping your gaps, reviewing links or assets, analyzing your suite and positioning, and creating a full working document. That doc usually includes custom visuals, rewritten strategy, diagrams, links, templates, and Looms, tailored to your working style and business model.

After the call, I go back into the doc, refine or clarify anything we adjusted live, and upload a replay link and your custom bonus portal. That portal is packed with only what’s relevant to you: sales trainings, templates, workflows, etc.

Once you select your intensive day, you'll be prompted to fill out an intake form. This is your prep work, it gives me the full picture, so the more context you share, the more strategic (and personalized!!) I can get. If something fresh was to come up after submitting it, or you want to expand on your answers, you’re welcome to send any additional notes or updated docs to [email protected] at least 3 business days before our scheduled intensive.

You’ll be given access to a private space inside Azura. The platform I personally built for high-quality, high-converting client communication.

This space is where you can:

→ Upload deliverables or drafts for review

→ Get feedback directly on files or ideas (with voice comments, fancy right?!)

→ Revisit your portal and replay

It’s designed to cut the back-and-forth, keep you focused, and make sure support feels like support, not another email chain or Google Doc mess.

If you want continued high-touch support after your intensive, you can:

Not at all, but I don’t typically work with beginners.

I work best with founders who are at least a year into business and have proof of concept, whether that’s a validated offer, steady clientele, or a few moving parts they’re actively trying to refine or scale.

Transparently, most of my clients are multi–6 figure entrepreneurs (or scaling multiple ventures) who are aiming to streamline, optimize, or step into 7-figure growth. But that’s by no means a requirement. If you’re in momentum and know your business has legs, we’ll do great work together. If you’re still figuring out what to sell or who your audience is, this likely isn’t the right container (yet).

It definitely is a lot! Most clients tell me the post-call follow-up is worth the investment on its own, and it’s intentionally built that way.

Here’s what you’ll receive after our session:

1. Your updated, finalized strategy document (usually 3–4+ pages)

2. An organized action plan so you know exactly what to do next

3. Your call replay

4. A hand-curated private portal stocked with bonus trainings, swipe files, frameworks, and tools. Selected specifically for your current roadblocks and goals

You’ll be able to binge it, revisit it, and actually use it when you need a reset or reminder.
